The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations has commissioned a survey as part of the Mid-term Evaluation of Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes among beneficiaries of the Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA II), as feedback from stakeholders is essential to the programmes’ evaluation process.
