In an effort to improve the economic conditions and social inclusion of Roma, the European Commission organised on 4 July in Sarajevo a workshop „Roma Inclusion Seminar: Way Forward for Bosnia and Herzegovina“. The workshop brought together over 80 representatives from the local authorities, NGOs and International Organisations who discussed and proposed measures to the many challenges faced by the Roma community in the country. The workshop resulted in a number of conclusions with concrete measures in the fields of civil registration, education, employment, social issues, health care and housing.
