Here you will find a number of richly illustrated slides about what the European Union is, what it does and how it works. You may use them if you are a teacher or if you are giving a speech about the EU.
The slides do not come in any particular order nor do they constitute a complete speech – it is up to you to select the ones you like and maybe to combine your choice with your own slides.
Each slide provides some very simple facts or key words in a style that can be easily understood by an audience with no prior knowledge of the EU.
