This year’s EUSR-supported Kratkofil Plus film festival in Banja Luka was opened on 22nd July with the screening of a short film produced as part of the Kratkofil Junior project. It included a large number of participants as well as children with special needs as part of the campaign ‘Let’s Talk About Opportunities’.

The campaign, which began in 2013 and which aims to raise awareness about the rights and opportunities of children with special needs, is being implemented by UNICEF and local partners with the support of the EU Delegation to BiH and USAID.
