In order for BiH to be able to interact more efficiently with the EU institutions during the accession process, the country needs to establish an effective coordination mechanism on EU issues. Among other things, this is a precondition for both the use of new IPA II funds and for answering the Questionnaire that would be sent to BiH by the European Commission as part of the accession process.
