High Representative-EU Special

 Speak  at
Berlin Conference On BiH 

The High Representative and EU Special
Representative will be in Berlin tomorrow to speak at a conference entitled “Quo
vadis Bosnia and Herzegovina?” organised by the German ‘Southeast Europe
Association’. 

The conference will be attended by
scholars, politicians, businesspeople and representatives of the media. The
association plays an important role in German external cultural
politics, buiilding bridges between Germany and the countries of
South Eastern Europe in the fields of science, politics and culture. 

The High Representative will outline the
political situation in BiH following the October general election, progress in key
areas of reform, the transition of the OHR into the Office of the EU Special
Representative and the growing influence of the EU in BiH.
