The Government of Sarajevo Canton, in cooperation with the EU, SERDA and other partners, provides support to citizens in thermal insulation of housing, under more favourable conditions, all with the aim of providing a better quality of life and lower electricity bills for citizens of Canton Sarajevo.
Energy efficiency projects reduce the consumption of solid fuels, which contributes to improving the air quality.
Through the GEFF project, the European Union, the EBRD and the Republic of Austria have supported more than 3,000 households in BiH to improve energy efficiency.
The result of the project is a reduction of CO2 emissions by 2700 tons!
