ROMACTED Programme Call for Tenders

The Council of Europe/European Commission ROMACTED Programme “Promoting good governance and Roma empowerment at local level” is looking for to establish a pool of facilitators in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Serbia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Turkey.

ROMACTED aims to build up political will and understanding of Roma inclusion at local and regional level by building the capacity of local authorities to develop and implement plans and projects for Roma inclusion.

Important: You can only apply to deliver services in the country/beneficiary of your residence.

The facilitators will assist in the implementation of the ROMACTED methodology, with the ultimate goal of empowering the Roma communities, building up political will and understanding of Roma inclusion at local level and assisting local authorities to provide better responses to the needs of the Roma population. The ROMACTED methodology results from the methodological approach of ROMED2 and ROMACT available at ROMED2 Guidelines for National and Local Facilitators and ROMACT handbook.

Please note that Tender files must be sent to the Council of Europe both electronically and in paper hardcopy.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 07 November 2017 (23:59 CET), as evidenced by the postmark, or by the receipt of delivery provided by the dispatching company.
