EUSR-supported DRIVE 2016 Conference presents latest trends in leadership and talent management

The sixth DRIVE conference, the largest regional conference on leadership and talent management, was held in Sarajevo on 10 November. The conference was organised by the Kolektiv – Posao.ba company, in partnership with the EU Special Representative (EUSR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This year’s edition of the DRIVE conference placed special focus on themes in leadership, decision-making in business, exchange of information and knowledge within companies, rewards system and trends in recruitment. More than 250 participants attended the conference and had the opportunity to hear about the latest trends in the area of leadership and talent management.

The conference was opened by the EUSR Head of Political Matt Field, who emphasised the need for issues that business leaders and employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina face to be addressed through the ambitious Reform Agenda, to which authorities of the country have committed.

Speakers at the conference included Caspar Berry – a renowned business motivational speaker from the UK, Milad Čerkić – Founder/CEO of Atlantbh, Kai Deininger – partner at Eurosearch Consultants, Svetlana Mirković Borčić – Human Resources Director at Phoenix Pharma, and Aco Momčilović – Chief HR Officer at Rimac Automobili.

Three interactive workshops were organised during the conference, on recruitment trends, mental excellence for leaders and ways to become change-makers. Attendees also had the opportunity to hear about key elements of employer branding.
