As part of the preparations for replying to the European Commission questionnaire, the Directorate for European Integration has produced the Manual for translating BiH legal regulations in English language.

In the upcoming period, translating the replies to the questions of the European Commission questionnaire will be one of the largest translating tasks in Bosnia and Herzegovina taking into account the short deadlines and the fact that the replies need to be accompanied by a large number of laws and by-laws in English language. The translated material need to be of harmonised quality, linguistically precise and coherent. The Manual will therefore be one of the most important tools in ensuring the quality of these translations.
