In relation to BiH export of milk and milk products to the EU, in accordance with Regulation 854/2004 the Commission has today suspended the listing procedure for the new list of milk and milk products establishments submitted by BiH.

This is due to the fact that one EU Member State has made written comments to the list.

At the same time the Commission has included this point on the agenda of the next meeting of the relevant section of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health to be held on 16 September 2015, for discussion. This means that until this discussion has taken place, the BiH establishments included in the list are not able to export milk and milk products to the EU.
