Renzo Daviddi meets Erato Koakou-Marcoullis

The EU Delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina Charge d’affaires a.i., Dr Renzo Daviddi, met with the Foreign Minister of Cyprus, Erato Kozakou-Marcoullis, in Sarajevo today.

Cyprus currently holds Presidency of the Council of the European Union. One of its priorities in the 6-month long chairing of the EU is “promoting of all processes related to enlargement”.

In the meeting, the current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina was discussed along with the activities undertaken by the EU in the country in order to facilitate Bosnia and Herzegovina‘s European perspective. Commenting, Dr Daviddi thanked the Foreign Minister for Cyprus‘ support to the enlargement process “which is best proved by this visit that comes so early in the Presidency calendar, although there are many pressing issues on the EU agenda.”
