EU High Representative/Vice President Catherine Ashton today visited the Srebrenica-Potocari Memorial and Cemetery to pay respects to the victims of the genocide committed in Srebrenica. HR/VP Ashton was accompanied throughout the visit by the associations of families of the victims. After signing the visitors’ book, HR/VP Ashton visited the Memorial Room where she viewed the documentary on Srebrenica together with mothers of Srebrenica. HR/VP also laid a wreath in the memory of the victims of 1995 genocide.
