Head of the Delegation of the European Union and EU Special Representative in BiH, Peter Sorensen, hosted today a group of 27 cadets and four staff officers from The Royal Danish Air Force Academy (RDAFA). Political Advisers at the EUSR, Poul Smidt and Ole Hammer also greeted cadets in the EU premises.
During the meeting, the ambassador presented mandate, structure, priorities, aims and objectives of the organization. After the lecture, students engaged in a fruitful discussion about BiH prospects and future steps to be undertaken.
As a part of the education curriculum, cadets of The Royal Danish Air Force Academy (RDAFA) are required to spend one week abroad and to learn more about international cooperation. For this purpose, the visiting cadets have chosen to study the role of the EU in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
