Commenting on the disruption last Friday to the event within the project ‘Participate 2015’, Andy McGuffie, EUD/EUSR spokesperson, said:
“We deplore the intolerant and threatening behaviour displayed by intruders to the presentation organized by the Foundation OneWorld Platform for Southeast Europe (OWPSEE) and LGBTIQA Association Okvir and hosted by the Mediacenter Sarajevo. The EU rejects any attack on freedom of expression and any attack against the LGBTI community. We stand together with all organisations seeking to promote anti-discrimination, tolerance and respect in Bosnia and Herzegovina.”
